Job Summary

    1. Developing and Executing Recruiting Plans Sourcing resumes through head hunting, references, networking, social networking sites like LinkedIn etc .
    2. Screening and shortlisting candidates by conducting skill test as per the Ongoing Process Contacting candidates, following-up with them and scheduling interviews
    3.  Assisting in generating leads from conversations with candidates Maintaining constant candidate pipeline Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database
    4.  Negotiating salaries as per company policy Following up with candidates till joining
    5.  On boarding employees post joining Conducting regular trainings to ensure employee awareness on HR policies and their respective KRA’s Implementing Engagement and staff welfare activities .
    6. Conducting Structured Performance Review of staff on regular intervals basis their KRA’s Conducting regular Feedback sessions with employees and sharing results with top management.
    7.  Handling queries, grievances and escalations of staff members Preparing staff MIS on performance and incentives and track trends Taking proactive measures to strengthen organizational bonding Engaging with employees to prevent attrition Maintaining employee wise status on attrition if any.
    8. track trends and take corrective actions
    9.  Requirements 3-4 years experience in Recruitment / Staffing roles in Call Center / BPO industry Experience in sourcing through Job portals, social media and professional networking tools.
    10. Passion for recruitment and employee engagement Ability to understand business needs to deliver right staffing solutions Ability to identify & evaluate the right talent Demonstrates strong inter-personal skills Excellent spoken & written English language skills Excellent negotiation skills.
