Job Summary
Developing and Executing Recruiting Plans Sourcing resumes through head hunting, references, networking, social networking sites like LinkedIn etc .
Screening and shortlisting candidates by conducting skill test as per the Ongoing Process Contacting candidates, following-up with them and scheduling interviews
Assisting in generating leads from conversations with candidates Maintaining constant candidate pipeline Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database
Negotiating salaries as per company policy Following up with candidates till joining
On boarding employees post joining Conducting regular trainings to ensure employee awareness on HR policies and their respective KRA's Implementing Engagement and staff welfare activities .
Conducting Structured Performance Review of staff on regular intervals basis their KRA's Conducting regular Feedback sessions with employees and sharing results with top management.
Handling queries, grievances and escalations of staff members Preparing staff MIS on performance and incentives and track trends Taking proactive measures to strengthen organizational bonding Engaging with employees...
